3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your address. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
Customized or personalized items.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Exchanges for Size or Color:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the easiest method is to follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your new product as quickly as possible.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and your request for a replacement is approved, we will dispatch the new item promptly. The replacement product will be shipped and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
